RETURNS

There are NO refunds or exchanges for items purchased at our online store. If you have bought merchandise at one of our merchandise tents during a special event/summer tour, you may exchange product for different sizing ONLY.

Merchandise Booth Exchanges (if applicable)

Our policy for exchanges lasts 14 days from the original purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange. NO refunds are available for products purchased at our merchandise booth during the summer tour/special events.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable). Items must NOT be washed or worn. Exchanges must be done on the road during one of our summer events. Please check out our summer tour schedule at cavaliers.org to find an exchange location nearest you. Exchanges for summer tour merchandise will NOT be exchanged through our home office.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (invoice). If you have supplied us with a email address at time of purchase, we will be able to reprint and resend your receipt.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged for any reason.

Online Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange product purchased online for different sizing. If your product is defective or damaged by PRINTFUL please see information listed below. All exchanges will be reviewed and if approved you will receive an email that will tell you next steps. The first step in this process is to send send us an email at info@cavaliers.org. You will then be given instructions to send your item to address listed in packing label.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: RETURNS - PRINTFUL, 11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What is PRINTFUL?

Printful is our Print on Demand service. Print on demand is a digital production model that sees goods manufactured on an as-needed basis.

The model was initially rolled out in the publications sector in order to combat the huge overheads that are increasingly threatening the very existence of publishing firms. Instead of shelling out for huge initial print runs or producing in bulk for major promotions, firms can now use print on demand services to rapidly manufacture a product only after it has already been paid for by the customer.

Why Did We Switch to PRINTFUL?

Print on demand services come with a clear set of advantages. First and foremost, we aren’t burdened by the costs associated with producing and storing inventory. There are no up-front bulk production or manufacturing costs, and we don’t need to pay for additional storage space.

We have done a lot of research on Third party printing companies and we found PRINTFUL to have exceptional quality and the huge benefit from near-immediate production and order fulfillment. PRINTFUL can ship your items directly to your home — freeing up the office staff’s time to focus on more important orders of business.

What Should I Expect In Shipping and Production Times With an Print On Demand Service?

PRINTFUL takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. PRINTFUL says 97.66% of their orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

If I Have an Issue Do I Contact PRINTFUL or The Office?

PRINTFUL is a third party printing and distribution center. You should always contact info@cavaliers.org for next steps with your order. DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE NUMBER. You may read below if items are damaged.

PRINTFUL RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGES

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility.

Reasons for Returns Through PRINTFUL

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer - Contact info@cavaliers.org for any reason to return an item. Printful does NOT refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
